I've almost missed the Turnley sales for this year, dang it. Negligence.
Peter's is over, but you still have a few days left to catch David's. Pay the pictures a visit. (Disclosure, if you say I sent you, David and Rachel kindly share a bit with me.)
As an exercise in delectation, even if you aren't going to buy one, which one would you choose if you were buying? I think my choice would be Print #25 this year. Last year (unless it was longer ago than that) it was Print #16.

Amazing that two brothers can both be so talented. And have such similar concerns. Although they are identical twins, so maybe it makes sense. Mysteries of the Universe. Surely they have been influences on each other.

As a guy that plays guitar, I like image number 16. The environment says this is not the typical place that you'd expect to see that physical homage to Jimi, but it is that young girl that makes it work. She brings everything together in a joyous way.
Many nice images, but #16 for me.

I apparently have a thing for lovers on bridges (56 & 59). But as I perused the gallery I found myself wishing for captions. I find some of these photos interesting just because of who is in them, so I think that in general more information could affect my choices.

Lots of first rate photos!
OTOH, when I consider buying prints, a primary consideration is whether I think I would enjoy seeing them on my wall every day for years.
Few of these pass that test.
#39 probably does.
Then I run into a problem with how I see things, and what I can't un-see:
#41 would be a candidate, if it were level.
#49 would be a winner, with the juxtaposition of live and painted women - if cropped to 5x4 proportions, losing the vertical line, right and bright window with busy bokeh, left. Burning in the bright spot over her hair wouldn't hurt, either.
#23 would be a winner. But the blown highlight detail - at least in the jpeg, and the leaning lines from perspective distortion would be worms, nibbling at my brain.
Your and others' mileages will vary.
Is it acceptable editorial content to illustrate what I've said?
