Updating the Worthy Causes post of three days ago:
• More remarkably, the New55 FILM campaign turned around (certainly not just because of our mention). My friend Oren commented, "It looked dead in the water, and then over the last 48 hours or so it just exploded—more than $100k of new money practically in the blink of an eye." New55 FILM will be a reality.
• In Romania, Cezar Popescu is still €2,000 short of his Indigogo goal to preserve the archive of the 20th century Romanian photographer Costică Acsinte. But they have 14 days yet to go.

This is great news. I've backed New55 and Travelwide, and never sold off my Polaroid 4x5 holder or 90mm Schneider Super Angulon. Can't wait!

Has the "TOP bump" just increased the value of my Polaroid holder just like it did my Schneider Angulon 90mm ƒ/6.8 for the Travelwide?

same as David above. I haven't had a good cash flow situation recently, but the guy who sold his 4x5 to me a year ago threw in a box of polapan(long since expired) and a 545 holder.
so i am thoroughly excited to see that new55 got to their target and hopeful that i will be their customer eventually :)
