May has zipped past for me with amazing swiftness—it seems like the month was beginning about four days ago. But before it's over entirely, I'd like to wish a very happy birthday to The Luminous-Landscape, which turned ten this month.
In the decade of its existence, L-L has become arguably the leading independent voice on the web on the subject of digital photography in all its many morphing forms and guises. Host and proprietor Michael Reichmann is uniquely well situated to offer valuable commentary on everything from the best inkjet printers to the best time of year to visit Iceland. In addition to the wide variety of information and activities on offer, he's also provided a valuable venue for many other people to share their knowledge and expertise (including moi). New or old, there is always something interesting on L-L.
Congratulations to Michael and Chris and everyone associated with The Luminous-Landscape. Here's to another ten years even better than the last.
Mike

"Just for instance, like you said yourself once, and incredible as it sounds, there really isn't another web site covering medium format digital photography."
