No special reason for this, I just thought I'd give my little brother a surprise when he opens my blog this morning. Taken with the K20D and 35mm ƒ/2.8 DA Macro.

Takes a self-confident man to walk a small dog or wear a pink hat. Although I must say, the hat better matches the attire of the charming young lady...
The missus and I have a special place we get away to from time to time. A whole week on a little island just chocked full of nothing to do. It's wonderful!
Seeing that this follows so soon after your review of the Pentax DA lens, it would be nice if you could post a 100% section or two, preferably of the faces, arms or fabric...

You were at your family cottage on your
week away!
I recognize those windows from previous
images posted here!
And I thought you were going to get away
from the real world for a week!

Wow. You should have posted that in your review of the lens, it's stunning clarity.

Bryce,
Oh, it's as far from the real world as I ever get, believe me...too far, sadly.

"No special reason for this..."
One good reason; it reminds us why photography is really important.
